All Work and No Play

It can be really hard to find a Javascript Compressor which actually works.  I tried all the normal ones (Packer, Dojo, etc) but they all broke the code on various files.  Mostly it broke because of mistakes in the Javascript to begin with.  However, I don’t exactly have a huge amount of time to re-write peoples scripts.

Then I found Creativyst, a software company with a range of tools on their site.  The most useful is a Javascript Compressor which actually works!  I tried it on several scripts and it works.  It doesn’t make as small a file as the others, but at least the file is usable.

BackBox is my first project I am releasing for public use. It is a lightbox type image gallery which fully supports the back button function of the browser.

True, there are many scripts like this, but not many which shut the lightbox when the user clicks back. Anyway, you can download BackBox here.
